The hopper belt has four layers, giving it the strength to withstand the expected load, since these materials are very heavy. The electronic material weighing system delivers accurately measured quantities to the mixer for processing. The cement storage unit, or silo, has a capacity of 60 tonnes. This concrete batching plant has one silo, so its cement storage capacity is 60 tonnes. A ladder on the outside provides access to the top of the silo when necessary, for example to replace the filter or resolve a similar issue. The ladder is made from strong, durable steel.
