every construction project requires substantial amounts of concrete, whether it is a hotel, restaurant, residential building, shop, hospital or another structure. Many people ask which ingredients are needed for ready-mix concrete. The answer is that several materials are used: raw aggregate such as gravel, cement and water. These are mixed to produce concrete. The advantage of this concrete batching plant is that it doses the materials itself and feeds measured quantities into the mixer using a weighing belt beneath the hopper. Using the animations displayed on the screen, the concrete batching plant carries out the entered production order. Responsibilities of our company and our contracting partners:

•Infrastructure and structural design: our qualified personnel and engineers survey, measure and prepare drawings for the areas intended for concrete batching plant installation. When BEYAZLI GROUP sends an installation team to the destination country, the customer is responsible for arranging entry permits or visas if required.
The customer also arranges the necessary transport, whether by plane, train, bus or another means.

Service quality and spare parts: within Turkey, any fault is addressed within 48 hours; abroad, service takes 72 to 120 hours. You can purchase all necessary spare parts from our company, which serves customers 24 hours a day. Company service personnel: to improve communication with our contracting partners, a sales manager speaking your preferred language assists you 24 hours a day through WhatsApp, Viber, telephone, Facebook, Messenger, online support, email and Instagram.

Transporting the purchased concrete batching plant: the listed plant prices do not include transport or customs clearance. The buyer pays all transport-related expenses. The company covers VAT charges: 18% for domestic sales and 0% for international sales. Advance payments: under the official agreement, a 30% advance is paid upon signing the contract. A further 30% is paid several weeks before manufacturing is completed. The remaining 40% is paid when the ordered plant is handed over to the buyer. Payments are made by bank transfer. Agreements between the parties: for domestic sales, the legality of the contracts is approved by the Ministry of Trade and Industry; for international sales, approval is provided by the relevant export associations. All agreements are concluded within the law, without violations. Company warranty and terms: every plant we manufacture is covered by a two-year warranty. If desired, payment of an additional 5% extends the warranty by three years, for a total of five years. During this period, our company’s response team resolves technical faults affecting the plant.
