The advantage of this VESS concrete batching plant is that it doses the materials itself and feeds measured quantities into the mixer using a weighing belt beneath the hopper. The belt weighs the material before sending it to the mixer. This weighing system makes quality control easier and reduces the possibility of defective concrete to almost 0%.
These concrete batching plants produce 30, 45, 60, 100, 120 or 180 m³ of concrete per hour, corresponding to 240, 360, 480, 800, 960 or 1,440 m³ in 8 hours. Please note that the plants can operate 24 hours a day.
