Cellular Brick

Two types compete within the hollow brick category: cellular bricks and conventional hollow bricks. What explains the growing success of cellular bricks? Also known as Monomur bricks, they belong to the hollow brick family and serve the same purpose: internal and external walls, whether load-bearing or non-load-bearing.

Cellular bricks differ from conventional hollow bricks in two main ways. They are thicker, ranging from 10 to 30 cm compared with 20 cm for standard hollow bricks, and have cavities throughout their cross-section. The brick machine produces 10,000 bricks per day. The VESS 10.1 automatic model has the same daily output. The automatic plant includes two cement storage silos, a mixer, two conveyor belts, two silo screw conveyors, the machine and complementary equipment. The VESS 10.1 is delivered to the plant within 90 days and carries a two-year warranty.
