What is a Compact concrete batching plant?

A concrete batching plant is a machine that mixes the ingredients of mortar—cement or lime, sand and water—or concrete. The French word “bétonneuse” is sometimes used instead of “bétonnière,” but is considered an incorrect form. Here, “Compact” means that, in addition to ready-mix concrete, it produces concrete blocks, hollow floor blocks, masonry blocks, paving blocks and curbstones of every model.

Used Concrete Block Making Machine

We also sell used concrete block making machines, depending on availability and operating condition, at greatly reduced prices so that customers with limited budgets can obtain a machine. Our used machines have no warranty, and installation is not free. Operator training is provided free after the used paving block machine is installed. The products made by a used machine retain the same quality as those from a new machine because of the overhauls and tests performed before sale.

Beyazli Group’s concrete batching plants use planetary mixers to produce ready-mix concrete as well as mortar for concrete blocks, curbstones, paving blocks, pipes, beams, panels and masonry blocks. They can accommodate different numbers of aggregate types and one or two mixers to produce the second layer of paving blocks. They produce perfectly homogeneous mixes for dry, soft, lightweight, heavyweight or refractory concrete. Their computerized control system reports cement, water, energy and aggregate consumption for each concrete or mortar batch, with cumulative daily totals. A remote assistance system can also be integrated.

Concrete Production

Different concrete mixes and formulations can be produced, and the same mix can supply several machines for concrete blocks, paving blocks, curbstones and other products. A belt conveyor transfers concrete directly to the machine or truck. Aggregates are dosed by volume or weight using a weighing conveyor that moves to each hopper. Water is measured by a liter meter or by weight and distributed at several points for a more homogeneous mix. The mixer interior is lined with bolted wear-resistant plates for easy replacement.

Stationary Concrete Batching Plant | Mobile Concrete Batching Plants

VESS stationary and mobile concrete batching plants have modular designs and can all be transported in containers. They are preassembled and prewired at the factory and can be painted or galvanized. They can be dismantled and moved very quickly. Spare parts are available everywhere or can be ordered from the factory. Customer assistance and support are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Intervention takes place within 48 to 72 hours after a breakdown is reported in Turkey and within a maximum of one week in countries that do not require a visa. For countries requiring a visa, intervention takes place two days after the visa is obtained.
