This batching plant provides everything needed for construction: the same machine produces ready-mix concrete, hollow floor blocks, concrete blocks and other products such as paving blocks, curbstones and garden paving blocks. Daily capacity is 5,000 concrete blocks. Total power is 27 kW. Pallet size is 55 × 115, and a maximum of 4 people operate the machine. It is designed for operation 24 hours a day. Special vibration motors provide high-capacity production of all blocks from 2 to 25 cm high. Higher alternatives to the Classic 5.1 include Elegance, Avantgarde and Diamond laying machine versions.

Description of the machine’s concrete block production process:
Gravel storage hopper: The block machine’s hopper has 3 or 4 compartments. Each stores a gravel grade, such as 0–5, 0–7 or 0–8. Gravel is weighed automatically as required and conveyed to the mixer by belt conveyor.
Cement storage silo: The silo stores a large quantity of cement and automatically feeds the required amount into the mixer through a screw conveyor.
Mixer: It blends all the ingredients—gravel, water and cement—into a homogeneous mix and sends the mixed mortar to the Compact Elegance 5.1 for pressing concrete blocks.
What can concrete blocks be used for?
Concrete blocks are mainly used in masonry. They can form partition walls, facades, boundary walls and more. They are also used for building or house foundations and for constructing pillars.
