VESS 30 m³/HOUR Concrete Batching Plant
VESS concrete batching plants are automatic and available in different capacities. For newcomers wishing to buy a plant, 30 m³ per hour will be more than sufficient. At least 1,250 m² is required to install the mixer and VESS 30 m³ plant.
Concrete batching plants of 30 m³/h are installations for on-site concrete production. They mix cement, sand, aggregates and water to produce fresh concrete ready for construction use.
The mixing unit, also called the mixer or blender, includes a measuring scale and an agitator for the materials. The concrete mixer combines them. After mixing, ready-mix concrete is loaded into mixer trucks and transported to construction sites.
Concrete batching plant
Concrete batching plants are generally used on medium to large sites requiring substantial concrete volumes within a relatively short period. Common applications include buildings, roads, bridges and other infrastructure.
Plant capacity should be chosen according to the concrete volume required, project duration and site constraints. Consult concrete industry experts to determine the optimum capacity for your project’s specific needs.

How does a concrete batching plant work?
A concrete batching plant is generally designed for automatic operation. Each integrated system can be controlled from a dedicated cabinet, which primarily monitors:
- Weighing control
- Material transport
- Mortar moisture control
- Concrete compaction level
- Mixing the ingredients

What is truck-mixed concrete?
A truck mixer is the preferred delivery method for projects involving concrete slabs or foundations. Several types are available with different dimensions and capacities.
How does a truck mixer work?
A truck mixer has an inclined rotating drum. An internal screw mechanism keeps the concrete fresh over short and medium distances.
When it rotates downward, it stirs the concrete to maintain a uniform mixture and prevent heavy aggregates from accumulating at the bottom.
Note that the drum does not prevent concrete setting reactions from beginning. Structurally sound concrete must be homogeneous throughout. To ensure quick pouring within an hour of manufacture, the plant must therefore be close to the site.
Concrete is discharged through chutes directly onto the site or with specific equipment such as a pump or conveyor.

Diamond 8.1 Mobile Block Making Machine
Beyazlı Group manufactures high-quality mobile block making machines. This machine produces 8000 bricks in 8 hours and can make custom concrete according to the customer’s specifications.
Beyazlı Group manufactures stationary concrete block machines of different capacities. We also offer two mobile models: Diamond 8.1, producing 8000 bricks in an 8-hour day, and Diamond 12.1, producing 12,000 bricks in an 8-hour day. This mobile block machine is movable and semi-automatic. Both models produce concrete blocks, paving blocks, curbstones and hollow floor blocks when the molds are changed.
How does a mobile block making machine work?
VESS mobile block machines run on electricity. If power outages are a problem on site, we offer a generator; otherwise, the machines use the electrical supply.
For this 8.1 mobile machine, one person stands beside the operator to adjust block production, and a second uses the forklift to collect the blocks and place them for drying. The 8.1 delivers maximum output with fewer personnel.

Diamond 12.1 Mobile Machine Details
The Diamond 12.1 Mobile Block Making Machine produces concrete blocks, paving blocks, curbstones and hollow floor blocks by changing molds. It has high output, producing 12,000 concrete blocks in 8 hours. This semi-automatic machine can run 24 hours a day.
On the Diamond 8.1 mobile machine, all controls are operated semi-automatically by personnel, making consistent control of output difficult. Concrete block production is nevertheless simple and practical.
The mortar is prepared in the mixer, then a belt conveyor carries it to the semi-automatic machine for pressing. The operator completes the work using hydraulic controls.
