Looking for a concrete batching plant, used plant, plant prices, a manufacturer in France, new plant prices, a stationary plant, a mixer, plant prices in Algeria or a 60 m³ plant?

Concrete Batching Plant | Stationary Plant | Plant Price

Are we discussing concrete batching plants, stationary plants, used plants and their prices? Defining these terms is essential. A concrete batching plant, whether used or stationary, is designed to produce large volumes of concrete. It can be installed on a specific site, near a quarry or permanently on the outskirts of an urban area.

BEYAZLI GROUP is a Turkish business manufacturing and selling a varied range of concrete block, brick, curbstone and paving block machines and concrete batching plants for construction and public works worldwide. Our machines are popular in Morocco, Tunisia, Mali, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Algeria, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Russia and other countries. If you want a concrete batching plant that produces bricks, concrete blocks, paving blocks, curbstones and hollow floor blocks, you are in the right place.

A Concrete Batching Plant Mainly Consists Of

  1. a cement silo with a filter to ensure the best possible quality,
  2. an aggregate silo for sand and gravel, or a scraper system that transfers them,
  3. an aggregate dosing tank,
  4. a weighing system for all materials,
  5. a water supply system with a tank and pump,
  6. a concrete mixer or mixing unit.

Concrete Batching Plants — Aggregates, Sand and Gravel

Aggregates are first transferred to the dosing tank through a silo or skip, a feed bucket mounted on a lifting and tipping system. A weighing belt measures them, and a feed conveyor carries them to the mixer.

Cement, water and any admixtures are then added. Material quantities and mixing times depend on the concrete type and constituent properties. Once mixed, the concrete is loaded into a truck mixer or conveyed by belt to the site.

The plant is generally operated from a control cabinet that primarily provides:

  • control of material weighing systems,
  • measurement of aggregate moisture using humidity sensors,
  • water dosing according to the desired fluidity.

Some models include a vertical aggregate silo, reducing the plant’s footprint and the noise generated by material transport.

Increasingly, mixers have sealed covers that prevent dust escaping during mixing. This both improves concrete quality and protects the environment.

How a Concrete Batching Plant Works

A concrete batching plant is manufacturing equipment consisting mainly of storage, mixing and transfer units.

  • Storage: bins and silos hold all the concrete ingredients, including sand, gravel and cement;
  • Mixing: the mixer blends large volumes of concrete paste;
  • Transfer from silos to the mixer is performed by a system of conveyor belts and automated controls.

Stationary Concrete Batching Plants

Stationary concrete batching plants supply large quantities of concrete to sites. They do not require dedicated on-site material storage space, reducing the risk of deterioration.

Factory-type stationary plants also produce quality concrete meeting specifications without the risk of material dosing errors.

Stationary Concrete Batching Plants for Concrete Block Production

Factory-type plants perform material quality checks throughout concrete production. However, they involve delivery time by mixer truck, require easy site access and call for prompt placement.

Stationary plants use a planetary mixer suitable for manufacturing blocks, curbstones, paving blocks, pipes, beams and panels.

Features Related to Concrete Block Production

  • They can use different numbers of aggregate types and one or two mixers to produce the second paving-block layer;
  • They produce a completely homogeneous mixture for dry, soft, lightweight, heavyweight or refractory concrete;
  • They incorporate a computer control system reporting cement and aggregate consumption for each mix, with daily cumulative totals;
  • They can include a modem-based support system;
  • Different mix types and formulas can be produced, allowing several machines to be supplied with the same mixture;
  • Concrete is transported directly to the machine or truck by belt, or by an elevated hopper of monorail, twin-rail gate or pivoting type;
  • Aggregates are dosed by volume or weight using a weighing belt or a chute that moves to each hopper;
  • Water is controlled by a liter meter or by weight and distributed at several points to achieve more homogeneous concrete;
  • The mixer interior is lined with bolted wear-resistant plates for easy replacement;
  • The valve is hydraulic;
  • The arms are mounted on rubber-metal vibration isolators to absorb impacts on the wear-resistant blades.

Beyazli Group manufactures five (05) stationary concrete batching plant types with different characteristics and production capacities:

  1. Stationary concrete batching plant: 30 m³/hour capacity;
  2. Stationary concrete batching plant: 45 m³/hour capacity;
  3. Stationary concrete batching plant: 60 m³/hour production capacity;
  4. Stationary concrete batching plant: 100 m³/hour production capacity;
  5. Stationary concrete batching plant: 120 m³/hour capacity.

Concrete Batching Plant Price

The following price list covers stationary concrete batching plants with different production capacities:

Concrete Batching Plant Price

Concrete Batching Plant Type Production Capacity Concrete Batching Plant Price / EUROS
Stationary Concrete Batching Plant 30 m³/Hour 70,999 EUROS
Stationary Concrete Batching Plant 45 m³/hour 85,999 EUROS
Stationary Concrete Batching Plant 60 m³/Hour 100,999 euros
Stationary Concrete Batching Plant 100 m³/hour 150,999 EUROS
Stationary Concrete Batching Plant 120 m³/Hour 195,999 euros

Focus on overall cost rather than only the plant’s purchase price. Anyone buying a concrete batching plant should first define a budget and prepare a business and financial plan. Contact us for details of plant prices or specific equipment you want. We will help you obtain the best plant for your budget.

Used Concrete Batching Plant

A used concrete batching plant mixes sand, gravel, cement, water and admixtures. Different cements and additions such as fillers are stored in silos and fed by screw conveyors. Sand and gravel are stored separately by size and supplied by belt. Admixtures are kept in tanks in a frost-free room connected to the plant by positive-displacement pumps. All materials enter the mixer. Production is fully automated and computer-controlled, with dosing according to the selected formula. Fresh concrete is loaded into a transit mixer according to its capacity or the customer’s request. However, the output of this used plant will not be quite the same as a new plant with high production capacity. We therefore suggest choosing the newly designed concrete batching plant from Beyazli Group.

After-Sales Services Provided by BEYAZLI GROUP

  • After the customer agrees on the plant type and selects the equipment, contracts are signed. The chosen machine and equipment are manufactured to the agreed specifications, then shipped to the customer’s destination, premises or specified project location;
  • Before the plant arrives, the company provides a free study, including on-site technician training, and guidance on preparing the project site. After shipment, Beyazli Group sends technicians to install and test the plant and train workers to operate it. If the machine malfunctions, the company provides after-sales service for five years.
