Machinery and equipment needed for a block production project:
As shown in the image below, the project equipment includes a mobile block laying machine, which varies by operating system and production capacity, and a mixer that combines the raw materials into a mixture ready for pressing. After mixing, a small wheelbarrow transfers the mixture to the machine for pressing. An electrical cable supplies power to the machine, and a shovel places the mixture into the mobile block laying press mold. The plant also needs block molds manufactured in the shapes and sizes requested by the customer. The machine’s electrical panel contains all the electrical components through which the operator controls the machine.
