The equipment set is small, straightforward and easy for anyone to learn to operate. It is high-quality and produces concrete blocks, paving blocks and curbstones in various shapes and sizes. The main equipment needed for these concrete products includes:
- Raw material hopper.
- A conveyor carries raw materials from the hopper to the mixer.
- Another conveyor transfers the mixture from the mixer to the machine.
- A dedicated concrete block plant mixer.
- Semi-automatic block machine capable of producing blocks in all shapes and sizes.
- A block mold in the chosen shape and size.
- Hand carts for moving pallets carrying products.

Block making machine
Small block making machines are particularly popular because they are easy to use and affordable for starting a concrete block plant. We therefore manufacture the VESS ECO 4.1 semi-automatic block machine for small and new projects. A worker controls the machine, moves the mold and fills it. Products are transported using hand carts: workers take the wooden pallets carrying pressed blocks or other products to the drying area. The machine presses 4 blocks measuring 20×40×20 per cycle, equivalent to 4000 blocks in 8 working hours.
The machine accepts many molds, including solid brick molds and concrete block molds for hollow and insulated blocks, as well as paving block and curbstone molds in various dimensions and shapes. Molds are manufactured precisely from special wear-resistant steel for long service life and designed to the customer’s requested size and shape.

Block plant cost
As mentioned, the cost of a semi-automatic block plant makes it suitable for startup projects. Block machine prices nevertheless vary with production capacity and the equipment selected by the customer. Any item can be removed or added on request. Some customers prefer to manufacture components such as raw material hoppers, cement silos and wooden pallets in their own countries because of the favorable price and shipping savings. The price includes installation at the customer’s specified location and worker training in block machine operation and production, followed by a company-issued operating certificate.
