Designed by Beyazlı Grup, this integrated plant combines a block factory and ready-mix concrete plant. It is among the latest designs in block machines and concrete batching plants. Automatic block making machine
The new Compact Elegance 6.16 block machine and concrete batching plant system offers an operating configuration for every budget. This new plant design can be upgraded with optional equipment according to customer requirements. It can start as a semi-automatic system, with wooden pallets transported by handcarts, and develop into a fully automatic system with robots that stack the pallets for forklift transport.
The Compact Elegance 6.16 machine has the following features:
- The block machine operates automatically.
- Front and rear robots stack pallets vertically.
- Products are transported by forklift.
- It produces 6 blocks measuring 20×40×20 per press cycle, equivalent to approximately 6000 blocks in 8 working hours.
- Different molds can be used in the same block press to produce concrete blocks, paving blocks, curbstones and other products.
- Can produce all products from 3 to 30 cm high.

Concrete Mixer
Ready-mix concrete is obtained by mixing water, cement, aggregate and admixtures. Although this may seem simple, producing concrete correctly is more complex. Developing its formulation requires advanced scientific skills, high-quality materials and precise mixing proportions, all of which affect concrete’s properties. Our new proprietary Compact Elegance 6.16 block machine and concrete batching plant makes ready-mix production easy. It combines a concrete mixer with the block plant, avoiding the need to buy another ready-mix concrete plant. It operates fully automatically, with electronic scales in the hopper to weigh the required raw materials and a fully automatic mixer system. The equipment is easily controlled through a panel and produces 25 m³/hour of ready-mix concrete.
