Block plant equipment
We manufacture concrete block machines as part of complete plant projects, providing all required equipment in manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations. Different capacities meet varied customer needs. Equipment is manufactured in Trabzon, Turkey, while electronic panels use high-quality German brands. The main equipment includes:
- Raw material hopper divided into compartments, with the number selected by the customer according to the raw materials used.
- Conveyors carry raw materials from the hopper to the mixer and the mixture from the mixer to the block machine’s hopper.
- Cement silo and pipe conveying cement from the silo to the mixer.
- Mixer for combining raw materials.
- A concrete block machine and its hydraulic unit. The machine has one or two mix hoppers.
- Output platform for pallets carrying products.
- Electrical units operating the block plant’s machine, mixer and other equipment.
- Boards, or pallets, onto which blocks are pressed.
- Block molds in various shapes and sizes; one machine can use a range of different molds.
- In a semi-automatic block plant, handcarts transport the pallets carrying products. An automatic block plant adds robots to stack empty and loaded pallets for subsequent forklift transport.

Manual block plant
