For manual machines, the surface where bricks are made must be clean. A timber or concrete floor is suitable. Paper, such as empty cement bags, is placed underneath to prevent bricks from sticking. The machine presses directly onto the clean surface. A mobile mixer prepares the mortar, which is transferred to the machine by wheelbarrow. Once the mortar is poured into the mold, the operator starts pressing.

A used brick machine may be supplied as a mini plant without a silo and hopper or as a complete plant including them. Optional equipment includes a lifting fork or forklift, a lowerator and elevator for 6–10 boards or pallets with automatic palletizing, an air compressor and generators. We generally buy our older machines back from customers and resell them after servicing, or help find buyers for customers wishing to sell their machines or associated equipment.

Brick Mold (ST-52)
This is a non-alloy structural steel with good machinability, dimensional stability and toughness. Its low carbon content, C ≤ 0.22%, provides good weldability. The grade is used only for structural components that are not hardened. Working hardness is approximately 180 HB in the hot-formed or annealed condition.
Our company manufactures various mold models for concrete blocks, paving blocks, curbstones and hollow floor blocks. These molds can be sold with the machine, or customers can purchase only the mold needed for their project.

All Beyazli Group products have a 24-month warranty starting when the machine is installed.
4. What Are the Payment Terms?
A 30% payment confirms the order after the contract is signed. The balance is paid before delivery.
