Many people ask which ingredients are needed for ready-mix concrete. The answer is that several materials are used: raw aggregate such as gravel, cement and water. These are mixed to produce concrete. The advantage of this concrete batching plant is that it doses the materials itself and feeds measured quantities into the mixer using a weighing belt beneath the hopper. The belt weighs the material before sending it to the mixer. This weighing system makes quality control easier and reduces the possibility of defective concrete to almost 0%.

*Concrete batching plants of different sizes and capacities feature automatic systems and can operate 24 hours a day.

*This concrete batching plant series is economical for various operations and requires little installation space: just 2,000 m² for both the installation and materials such as gravel, cement and other supplies.

*Neither the installed concrete batching plant nor the raw material storage area needs to be covered. At least 1/5 of the area should have a solid concrete surface.

*Concrete mixtures also require sand, gravel, stone dust, water and other materials. The belt beneath the hopper weighs these materials accurately, helping avoid unnecessary costs through precise aggregate measurement.

*The hopper belt has four layers, giving it the strength to withstand the expected load, since these materials are very heavy. The electronic material weighing system delivers accurately measured quantities to the mixer for processing.

The cement storage unit, or silo, has a capacity of 80 tonnes. This concrete batching plant has one silo, so its storage capacity is 80 tonnes. A ladder on the outside provides access to the top of the silo when necessary, for example to replace the filter or resolve a similar issue. The ladder is made from strong, durable steel.

*How is cement transferred from the silo to the mixer? Our concrete batching plants have automatic systems, so we use a pipe to transfer cement, controlled from the plant’s control panel. You enter the required weight, and the pipe, or screw conveyor, running from the silo to the mixer supplies the necessary material.

*Why use a pipe to feed cement to the mixer? Cement is a demanding material: unlike gravel and sand, it cannot withstand dampness and moisture. We therefore provided storage that protects it from moisture and humidity.

Manufactured with careful attention to quality and sound structural design, the plant takes into account both cement storage and the personnel who operate it. We provide an operator cabin where assigned personnel can work, protected from cold and heat.

How is the control system arranged? The concrete batching plant has a fully automatic control system operated through a touchscreen. Both operation and monitoring are carried out on this screen.
