The mixer is specially designed for precast concrete and dry mortar. A wide range of models offers outputs from 0.25 to 4 m³. Countercurrent mixing directs all energy into the concrete. A hydraulic coupling allows smooth emergency starting when the mixer is full. Features include powerful, robust gearboxes; 10 and 12 mm alloy-steel liners with a hardness of 400 HB for minimal wear; rubber/cast-iron mixing paddles for optimum service life; pneumatically or hydraulically operated discharge gates; easy washing; and reduced maintenance.

Large access covers open upward, keeping clear during cleaning and providing easy access to the mixer pan. Rounded mixing arms, chamfered mixing stars and the smooth underside of the gearbox simplify cleaning. The round pan and guaranteed flat floor allow precise adjustment of the mixing blades, leaving almost no residual material. Less buildup makes cleaning easier. The large oil bath and external gear keep the oil temperature low, reducing cement buildup beneath the gearbox. Optional high-pressure cleaning at 110 bar provides fast, effective automatic cleaning.
