Smooth paving block production line

Paving block production lines vary in equipment, operating system and capacity. Their most important component is the paving block machine, selected according to the intended product. Single- and two-hopper versions are available. Paving blocks may have a smooth surface layer or be coarse throughout. Both types can be made in the same paving block plant, but smooth paving blocks require a two-hopper paving block machine. One hopper contains coarse material for the bottom layer, while the second contains fine material for the surface layer. Approved coloring materials can also be used to ensure quality and color stability. Adding equipment such as a raw material hopper, conveyors, mixer and other components provides a complete smooth paving block production line.

Paving block molds

Different molds are needed to produce paving blocks in varied shapes and sizes. Our paving block machines work with a range of molds, so changing the paving block mold produces a new product using the same machine. In addition to manufacturing different paving block production lines, our company makes molds for its own machines and all other machine types, to the dimensions and shapes specified by customers. Mold manufacturing requires absolute precision to achieve the required size and shape. Our molds are made from special wear-resistant steel.
