In response to the current economic crises, we at Turkey’s Beyazli Group, a manufacturer of concrete block, curbstone and paving block machines and concrete batching plants, needed to design an economical machine combining all these functions. This led to Compact, the first and only machine of its kind in the world.

Compact:

• This machine is available in several configurations and can be upgraded gradually over time according to the customer’s wishes to meet all their needs.
• Customers can initially purchase the economical semi-automatic model, which produces 5,000 concrete blocks in eight working hours and 15 cubic meters of ready-mix concrete per hour.
• This model requires six workers and has no cement silo or raw material hopper. Raw materials are transferred manually, and unloading is also manual. The following image illustrates this arrangement.

• Thanks to its upgrade capability, the customer can add a raw material hopper and cement silo to automate material transfer. Production then requires only four workers. Forklift unloading can also be added when needed, as shown in the following diagram.
• Robots can also be added to stack pallets for subsequent transport by forklift.

• Automatic packaging can also be added to make the machine fully automatic. If the customer wants to produce ready-mix concrete, the Smart unit can be added to the machine, allowing production of 30 cubic meters of concrete per hour. The detailed drawing is shown below. If the customer wants to manufacture colored paving blocks, a fully automatic hopper for colored materials can be added.
• This machine can therefore be upgraded in stages at any time. Its special stacked design requires little installation space, and it also consumes little power.

• We also offer molds in various shapes and sizes to meet every requirement. Molds are manufactured to the dimensions and shape requested by the customer.
