This technology uses a mobile concrete block machine that forms products directly on the ground. Two types are available:
- Small mobile machines: materials are mixed in a mixer, transported by wheelbarrow and placed in the machine. The products are then pressed directly onto the ground without pallets. Manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic versions are available.
- The second type is a mobile block machine combined with a concrete batching plant. Raw materials are transferred from their hopper to the mixer by conveyor belt. After mixing, the mixture is carried to the machine in a hydraulic bucket mounted on a forklift, and the products are pressed.

The following video shows how the advanced mobile block laying machine operates. Its production capacity is 8000 blocks in 8 working hours, with 8 blocks per press cycle. Adding equipment such as a hopper, mixer and cement silo enables ready-mix concrete production. Only two people are needed for production.
»» Automatic Stationary Machines:
The company manufactures a range of stationary VESS block making machines with different specifications and capacities from 10000 to 24000 blocks in 8 hours. They can operate continuously, 24 hours a day, every day of the week. By changing the block and paving block molds, they can produce all block and paving block shapes and sizes in different colors, from 2 cm to 40 cm high. The company uses the latest technology in this model to reduce labor requirements: despite its considerable output, one worker can operate it smoothly and easily.

»» Dual-Purpose Machines (COMPACT):
This technology can be upgraded gradually in stages, and ready-mix concrete production can be added. The machine can produce all kinds of blocks as well as concrete, with a capacity of 5000 blocks in 8 hours or 30 m³/hour of ready-mix concrete. It can therefore operate as both a concrete block plant and a ready-mix concrete plant, with continuous operation without stopping. Its high and varied output includes concrete blocks, insulated blocks, hollow blocks, decorative blocks, garden wall products, curbstones and ready-mix concrete. Another advantage is its vertically arranged equipment, which needs little installation space and leaves more room for product storage.

»» Concrete batching plants:
Beyazli Group manufactures stationary ready-mix concrete batching plants as complete installations with all equipment. Production capacities range from 30 m³/h to 120 m³/h. They operate fully automatically: the operator uses an electronic control panel to run the plant, control mix proportions and identify faults.
