VESS Concrete Batching Plants

A used concrete batching plant mixes sand, gravel, cement, water and admixtures. Different cements and additions such as fillers are stored in silos and fed by screw conveyors. Aggregates—sand and gravel—are stored in separate compartments according to size and supplied by conveyor. Admixtures are stored in tanks in a frost-free room and connected to the plant by volumetric pumps. All materials are conveyed into the mixer.

Concrete production in our used concrete batching plant is fully automated and computer-controlled. Ingredients are dosed according to the selected mix design. After mixing, fresh concrete is loaded into a transit mixer according to its capacity or the customer’s order. However, because the plant is used, its concrete output will not be quite the same as that of a new high-capacity plant.

Why buy a used concrete batching plant?

A used concrete batching plant can offer several advantages, although there are also important factors to consider. Here are some reasons why people may choose to buy a used concrete batching plant.

1. New concrete batching plants may be quite necessary because of the equipment and technology involved. Buying used can provide quality equipment at a lower cost.

2. Immediate availability

This is why we suggest investing in a newly designed concrete batching plant from our Beyazli Group factory.

Beyazli Group is a leader in concrete batching plant manufacturing in Turkey and was one of the largest exporters in 2019. This is due to the quality and prices of our plants. VESS Concrete Batching Plant Prices

Below is a list of concrete batching plant prices, also referred to as VESS batching plant prices. Please contact us for further details.

The compact plant covered by VESS concrete batching plant prices has a capacity of 15 to 30 m³ per hour. It can optionally produce concrete blocks, paving blocks, curbstones and masonry blocks.

VESS concrete batching plant prices are around USD 100,000.

30 m³ concrete batching plants: Output of 28 to 30 m³ per hour. Price: USD 100,000.

60 m³ concrete batching plants: Output of 55 to 60 m³ per hour. Price: USD 180,000.

100 m³ concrete batching plants: Output of 95 to 100 m³ per hour. Price: USD 190,000.

120 m³ concrete batching plants: Output of 115 to 120 m³ per hour. Price: USD 200,000.

Site Concrete Batching Plant

Stationary site concrete batching plants supply large quantities of concrete to construction sites. This type of used plant eliminates the need for a dedicated material storage area on the site, reducing the risk of deterioration. Factory-type stationary plants also ensure quality concrete that meets specifications without material dosing errors.

Beyazli Group’s factory-type site batching plants also carry out various material quality checks throughout concrete production in the used concrete batching plant. However, they involve delivery time by mixer truck, require easy site access and call for rapid concrete placement. VESS Concrete Batching Plant Prices

Concrete Batching Plants

We manufacture several types of concrete batching plants, described below: mobile plants, stationary plants, used plants and mini plants.

Each operates differently. Our VESS concrete batching plant prices are much more affordable than competitors’ prices.

Mobile Concrete Batching Plant

A mobile concrete batching plant is a ready-mix concrete production unit that can be moved between construction sites. The mobility of a used mobile plant reduces mixer truck journeys and fuel consumption. Its disadvantages are the ongoing need for an efficient assembly and dismantling team, a power source, and proximity to raw material supplies.

Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

Stationary concrete batching plants are fixed concrete production facilities. They are more widely recommended and easier to manage than used mobile plants. One advantage is easy supervision of all equipment. Their drawbacks are concrete delivery times and waiting for mixer trucks to return.

Stationary concrete batching plants are fixed installations designed to produce large quantities of concrete regularly. They are generally located near major construction sites, infrastructure projects or urban areas with high demand for ready-mix concrete. Here are some important characteristics:

1. Permanent location: Unlike truck-mounted mobile plants, stationary batching plants are permanently installed at a specific site. They are generally placed beside a quarry for easy access to materials such as sand, gravel and aggregates.

2. Capacities: Our stationary concrete batching plants come in several capacities, the smallest being 30 m per hour.

What are the differences between stationary and mobile concrete batching plants?

Several differences distinguish stationary concrete batching plants from mobile ones. Here are some examples:

Unlike stationary models, mobile batching plants can easily be transported to another site, making them more practical.

Mobile mixers are particularly useful where site space is limited or the job is short. Stationary mixers are used by commercial concrete producers for large-scale operations, generally on long-term projects.

Large stationary batching plants produce substantial concrete volumes, whereas mobile plants are small and compact.

For high concrete consumption, consider installing a stationary plant. Its output and concrete quality will be better than those of a mobile plant. A mobile plant produces small batches distributed around the site where concrete requirements are low.

Mini Concrete Batching Plants

A mini concrete batching plant is simply a mobile plant with a mixer mounted on wheels for easy movement. You can hitch the used mini plant to a car and take it wherever you wish with little effort. It is practical and generally used in rural areas or for small projects.
